Sundowns' social media team gave the club's supporters a glimpse into just how much preparation the team does ahead of a match, especially with a tight schedule to deal with.

Mamelodi Sundowns: No rest for champions
After a nail-biting CAF Champions semi-final, first leg defeat to Espérance de Tunis on Saturday evening at the Stade Olympique Hammadi Agrebi.
With a close turnaround in fixtures, something Downs are somewhat used to this season, the Brazilians will take on the high-flying Sekhukhune United at Loftus Versfeld tonight.
To prepare for this tricky DStv Premiership encounter against fourth-placed Babina Noko, Downs have had to employ some extreme methods, with their players doing some midnight gym work.

The grind truly never stops for Sundowns head coach, Rulani Mokwena, who continued to work in what looked to be the team's flight back to South Africa from Tunisia.
Mokwena took to Instagram to share a couple of snaps of him analysing a game and taking notes, with two laptops in front of him.
